1. When can I get the quotation ?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please 

call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality? 

Free samples are available, but the freight charges can be paid by you.

If we charge for samples, then the sample cost  will be refund after order /confirm/iation.

3. What's the material of the products?

All of pur products are made of 100% first hand silicone (PVC)or PP material, with good quality, pretty competitive price and good service.

4. How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay for the freight charges, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days via DHL. 

5. What about the lead time for mass production?

It’s depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, we 

suggest that you start order 60 days before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
